This is a terrific top or dress with tights. I've wanted something with ruffles and this is a dream come true. An excellent value compared to other ruffled tops I've seen. I really appreciate the many sizes and lengths available. It fits beautifully. I think the service was 24 or 48 hours. Amazing.
